1. Orders

All orders are made-to-order or ready-to-wear as indicated on each product page. Production timelines for customized garments are shared after confirmation. An order is binding once confirmed by VARNIKA.

2. Pricing & Payments

No prices are shown on this site. Final pricing is confirmed personally with you before production begins. No payment is taken online — once an order is confirmed, VARNIKA shares the amount and payment details over WhatsApp or email, and you may pay via UPI, bank transfer or cash on delivery.

3. Customization

Customized pieces are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins. Please confirm measurements and design choices carefully.

4. Shipping

Domestic shipping is complimentary. International shipping costs are calculated on request. See the Shipping & Returns page for details.

5. Liability

Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and natural dye variations. VARNIKA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or its products.
