Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Domestic shipping is complimentary across India. Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within 2–4 business days; made-to-order and customized garments ship in 3–5 weeks (or the timeline confirmed at booking). A tracking link is shared via WhatsApp/email once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Made-to-order and customized garments are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@varnika.in with your order number and a photo of the item. Our team will arrange the pickup and keep you updated at every step.

Cancellations

Ready-to-wear orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Customized orders can be cancelled before production begins; a processing fee may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it free of charge.
